I know most us nowadays have the desire to stay slim. In fact, most people go to the gym just to make their body slimmer and slimmer. Top reason is that we always keep on eating and eating, yet we don’t know what we eat, I mean, we do not care of the contents of the food, even if it’s high in cholesterol. But do you know the foods that you are shopping if it is high in cholesterol? Well then, take a peak with this trivia on how to lessen taking in fats.
1. Buy the leaner cuts of beef and pork.
2. Eat smaller portions when we have it. Don’t just eat as much as you want.
3. Eat red meat less often and cook it without a lot of added fat.
4. Cut down on our use of margarine when we can, of course..
5. Choose salad dressings that are not too high in fat and use canola oil or olive oil (see list below). You can also make a tasty mayonnaise blend by mixing one-third real mayonnaise and two-thirds cup fat-free or “light” sour cream. Some canola oil mayonnaise brands are also available.
